What To Expect
Installation
Beginning Summer 2025, our trained consultants, Professional Meters, Inc. (PMI), will upgrade water meters and meter box lids throughout the city.
Easily Identified Installers
PMI installers will be easily identifiable by their company vehicles, uniforms, identification badges, and vehicle magnets with the City of Corona seal. Please note that their license plates will be from the state of Montana. Your comfort and safety are important to us during this process.
Short Service Interruption
Your water service will be temporarily turned off for approximately 15 minutes during the meter replacement. We will mail out a postcard several weeks in advance for you to prepare, and PMI installers will knock on your door to attempt to contact you in person on the day of replacement.
Regular Working Hours
PMI will conduct the meter replacements Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated!
